Terms & Condition for Broncolor Rental Equipment (Price list void if not accompanied by our standard terms & conditions)

• The ownership of the above mentioned equipment will remain with HiLight - 16, Rama Road Industrial Area, New Delhi – 110015. Mobile: +91 (0) 9999000045 / 9811988551, Phone: +91-11-25191976. Under any condition, at any place or venue or at any time.

• The rates are for 10 business hour shift within Delhi .timing starts from the moment equipment is dispatched and ends when it is  delivered back..

• Outstation shoot will be charged extra based on the location and nature of shoot.

• Our light men will come along for equipment support and care of the equipment.

• Traveling day / Non-working day will be charged at a quarter shift rate.light men charges will be full on such days.

• All transportation charges and other expenses on way to be paid by the customer.

• Customer will provide for transportation, food and hotel accommodation as applicable for the light men.

• Customer is responsible for any issues with the govt. authority e.g. Octroi Department. We cannot be held responsible for the same.

• Customer is responsible for any issue with the transport company / airlines. We cannot be held responsible for the same.

• Excess Baggage charges to be paid by the customer.

• All equipment to be tested before pickup  or receipt from customer.

• Customer will ensure proper power supply of 230V / 50hz with proper earthing. Customer will be responsible for any damages caused due to wrong power supply.

• Customer is responsible for any breakages during the transportation.

• Customer pays full money (Rs. 1,500), if modeling lamp blows during shoot.

• Customer pays full money (Rs. 8,000), if Protection Glass breaks during shoot.

• Customer pays half money (Rs. 24,000) (Full Price Rs. 48,000), if Flash tube breaks during shoot.

• Customer must read, understand, agree & sign invoice / challan copy while receiving the equipment which will state all the above terms.
